Ethnical blindness !!!

Yes, I just wrote ethnically blindness!!!

I have been victim of that thing and mindset and I witness it everyday.

When Barack Obama was elected a lot of people complained that he was only elected because he was black. This is something a lot of people have heard. What about black people hating him for the blindness of their friends?
Ok, this hub is not about our president, it is about the pattern that some people have to be blind to any wrong from people of their ethnicity. The fact that some people will defend and support a muderer just because he is from their village, town, country or color!

This subject was brought to my attention because of the case Herman Cain 2012. Herman Cain came across as an articulated, smart and tenacious man after his first debates and I appreciated that in his character. He kept on growing and then started making a lot of waves. I fell down my dinner chair when that campaign manager smoked in his ad...it was so funny and incredible that I couldn't believe it. Little did I know that he had many crazy cards in his pockets.

This campaign became like the movie "How to become the crazy horse in 10 days!" (yes I know he technically only suspended his campaign, but I don't see how he could come back from his complete lack of values and principles when it comes to women!). So, Mr Cain is presumed innocent until proven guilty or presence of proofs. We just read the phone records of his alleged mistress. the last phone calls were during that campaign, a few weeks ago! Can we dare imagine that this relationship was not appropriate because the phone calls were late in the night or early in the morning or because he wrote a message on her book for that seems destined to a lover???

So, of course Niger on Fox went off when Geraldo said that Mr Cain's persona was flawed. My friends were saying today that he was set up and that all these people lie about him! I sure doubt those ladies motivations but even jealousy can not make Herman Cain's phone call ladies, write messages on their books... ok ... let's leave that alone.

My friend defended a young man from her country who had stolen a car, drove over a lady police officer and ran into his parents' apartment and found that the cops had disrespected his parents by arresting him in front of them!!!

Another one is my friend from Asia who tells me that in her country they are no love children! Nobody ever has a child out of wedlock, it is impossible. Her parents never made a mistake because in her country people have principles and standards. And it keeps on going like that... i believed the same until I was 13, she is almost 40!

Frankly, I don't care if you are from my village or my mother herself if you are wrong, you are wrong!!! A person who can not admit something like that needs to check his or her own character. Be fair, every body can make mistakes, every body can be wrong.

And to come back to Mr Cain, if those accusations are false, just keep on going and prove those ladies wrong...even if you have to find who wrote that fake message on the book or used your phone to call and text that lady! Yes, I have also seen people who would set you up like that!

Now, I will get back to peace and love and laugh about those Occupy DC people who built a little house in the park during the night! I was really impressed. Now, let's try again in the prairie if we really want out of this matrix!
